Refund policy
Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each item is custom-made specifically for you, which means we are unable to resell returned merchandise.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@fillmarthub.com. Please include your order number and a photo of the item showing the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.
Lost or Undelivered Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@fillmarthub.com and we will investigate with our fulfillment partner and arrange a resolution.
Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, production may have already begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
